Grandpa explains about the animals to cowboy Michael

I know I am young and have lots to learn but I don't think that hat fits you Grandpa!!!

And Michael LOVES the hard hat!!!!!!!

We had a GREAT visit from our friends Linda and Dennis as they travel south to bring in the New Year. It was SO great to see them and have them meet Michael. Of course they brought a HUGE truck for Michael to play with - and the truck came with blocks too!!!

Mommy and Michael - having a wonderful time at Christmas!!!!!!!

almost bedtime - but first a little snuggle time with Grandma

Tree is all ready for Christmas!!!

almost all gone - just crumbs left.

We are ready for Santa - with cookies and carrots!!!

Think maybe they will let me skip dinner and go right to the Christmas cookies???

More decorations - so nice of them to put them up so we can take pictures!!!

Grandma really liked the bears...

Dad joined us to watch the bears...

Some local entertainment. First time Michael heard the bears sing he cried - but he liked it this time - maybe because Grandma was with him!!!

This was a common scene around the house....

Boy is that a big tree - can we have one like this at home???

Here we are out looking at the decorations in Birkdale Village.

Here is Michael with Santa - it is a good picture since you can't see Michael crying... I hope Santa doesn't make Michael cry on Dec 25!!!

Mom playing photography studio at home...now I know what the dogs and cat were talking about...but at least they got cheese!!!

This was a runner up in the which photo to use for the Christmas card...this just shouts MERRY CHRISTMAS

This was the picture Dad wanted to use on the Christmas card - Mom wouldn't let that happen

Michael had a cold over the weekend- I know this isn;t a good picture since he looks a little sick - almost didn't put it on the blog, but I guess 1 bad picture isn't too bad... The good news is Michael is feeling much better, but still has a cough. Must get better - don't want to give Santa a cold when he visits!!!

Here is the house at night - see the wreath on the mailbox? a company gave one to everyone in the neighborhood - pretty!!!

Here is our new SLIM Christmas tree - love the pre-lit easy to assemble tree!!! Too bad some of the lights didn't work. Guess we should have tested it sooner!!!

Please say a prayer for my Aunt Wanda and Uncle Bruno - they are both in the hospital.

Hey - look at this tree - just like the big tree but I can play with everything and not worry about breaking it!!! I like this tree!!! Yes, I do have 1 sock off - it is still in my exer-saucer. Mom still doesn't know how I take off my socks when I am in that thing...

Mom was right - this was great fun - I watched all the children dressed as animals and shepherds and Mary and Joseph - what a great story - it makes those Sunday readings really mean something to me. I even liked the Latin carols at the beginning - the only bad part was the feedback from the mic - bad noise.

Some potential girlfriends for Michael - of course she will HAVE to be an ANGEL!!!!!

Hey Grandma - I really like your necklace...so shiny...can I play with it???

ok - Mom says this will be fun - but she said that about the visit to Santa and that was NOT fun. I didn't know who that guy was, and his beard was a little scary to me, so I cried. Now we are going to see a play at Church

Ice Storm - but no snow. I stayed inside - too cold outside. Poor doggies - maybe I should lend them a diaper or two...

I am so confused...all this talk about Christmas, all the decorations, but my bib says Happy Halloween...Mom is trying to confuse me

Mail mail mail - lots of mail - I guess all those people Mom and Dad sent my picture to decided to write back to us...I am helping sort the mail...but Mom tells my not to chew the cards...but they taste so good!!!

Grandma's here and it is all fun and games!!! Lots of laughing and hugging and kissing!!! BIG FUN!!!

Dad is being silly triying to put blocks on my head!!! Does he think I can be the foundation for a building? Once a civil engineer, always a civil engineer!!!

Lots of mail - great pictures to look at - and some of the cards are fuzzy - what a fun time of year!!!

Our pretty plant that is now in bloom.

Thank you Godfather for all the wonderful St. Nicholas gifts!!! All the GREAT stuff!!!
Mom and Dad also thank you for their ornament - thanks for getting it for me!!!

I don't need to measure - just give me that hammer and I will make it fit!!

Mom puts me to work at the tool bench - thanks Aunt Holly and Uncle Ken for the great shirt!!! I hope the Snap On tools take as good as my tools!!!

I think this bib makes a great cape - more fun - now I am super-baby

We got all dressed up to take a picture but I didn't really have any smiles for those other people. Mom said I had to wear this bib - that it would protect my close so I wouldn't drool all over them.
